- 1/2 lb. bacon
- 2 lbs cubed beef (may be round, 7-bone roast blade or chuck roast)
- 1 lb carrots
- 2 lbs potatoes
- 2 green peppers ( I don't use these)
- 3/4 cup soy sauce
- Tabasco
- 5 medium stalks celery
- 2 medium onions
- 4 cups whole bottled tomatoes
- 1/2 cup worcestershire sauce
Directions:
Fry bacon in 12" Dutch oven. Add onions and meat. Saute until brown. Add vegetables and seasonings. Cover and simmer about 1 hour or until vegetables are tender.
