Ingredients
2 jars (6.5 oz each) Marinated artichoke hearts, drained and coarsely chopped
1 package (10 oz.) frozen chopped spinach (thawed and drained well)
1/2 cup sour cream
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1 garlic clove, pressed
3 ounces fresh Parmesan cheese, grated
Directions
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Mix chopped artichoke hearts with the spinach, mayo, and sour cream. Add garlic and the grated cheese. Spoon into 8" baking dish. Bake 20-25 minutes. May be served with pita chips, or I like it on Canape bread slices that have been coated with garlic butter and toasted.
