Soft Gingerbread

Ingredients:

3 cups whole wheat flour
1-cup sugar
1-cup oil
3 eggs, well beaten
1-cup sour milk
1-teaspoon soda
1-teaspoon ginger
1-tablespoon cinnamon
1-teaspoon cloves
½ teaspoon salt
1-cup molasses

Directions:

Preheat oven to 350

Sift dry ingredients together. Combine sugar, oil, eggs, sour milk, and molasses. Beat in dry ingredients. Bake until firm when touched with fingertip.
