Ingredients:
1 C. wheat berries, rinsed and drained
½ t. ground cinnamon
2 – 2- ½ C. apple juice
¼ t. ground allspice
½ C. chopped apricots
¼ t. ground cloves
¼ C. raisins
¼ t. ground cardamom
Directions:
Spray the inside of the crock pot with nonstick spray. Place everything in the Crock Pot, stir, cover and cook on low 8-10 hours, or all night. Serve with milk or soy milk. Makes 4 - 6 servings.
