Slow Cooked BBQ Brisket

4 lbs beef brisket, trimmed
1 T garlic powder
1 tsp celery salt
1 T onion powder
3 oz liquid smoke

Sprinkle brisket with garlic powder, celery salt, onion powder and liquid smoke. Place in oven cooking bag. Seal bag; pierce bag once. Place in slow cooker. Cook on low for 13-18 hours.
