Yummy Cranberry Salsa

Ingredients:
  • 1 bag fresh cranberries (rinse, and discard any bad berries)
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 2 Tbsp. fresh cilantro (You may used dried)
  • 1 Tbsp. cumin (or to taste)
  • 1 green jalapeno

Directions:

Remove seeds from Jalapeno. Put all ingredients in food processor. Mix and refrigerate overnight or for 24 hours. Serve w/cream cheese & crackers, over turkey/chicken, or many other ways. Enjoy!
