Spinach and Orange Salad

Ingredients:

  • pkg. spinach
  • 2 oranges, peeled and sliced
  • 1/4 cup vinegar
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/4 cup vegetable oil
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 small red onion, chopped
  • 1 tsp dry mustard
  • 2 tbsp water

Directions:

Chop spinach, oranges, and onion; toss. Blend vinegar, oil, sugar, salt, mustard, and water until well mixed. Refrigerate until ready to toss salad.

Optional: try walnuts, green onions, apples
