Ingredients:
3 Cups Warm Water
1 Tbs. Dough Enhancer
1/2 Tbs. Lecithin
1 Tbs. Salt
½ Tbs. Yeast
1/8 Cup Gluten Flour
2 ¾Tb. Honey
7-8 Cups Flour
Directions:
Measure all the ingredients except the flour bowl. Put about half the flour and mix on speed one until all is mixed. Add remaining flour until the mixture cleans the side of the bowl and dough doesn't stick to your finger. Turn to speed two and knead about 5-8 minutes (depending on your wheat flour). You should be able to take a small ball and roll it between your hands without it sticking. Put into 5 eight inch greased loaf pans. Let rise until double in size. Bake at 350 Degrees for 34 minutes.
