Pistachio Salad

Ingredients:

1 small box Pistachio Pudding
1 small (8oz) container of sour cream
1 6 oz tub of Cool Whip
1 small container of cottage cheese
1/2 bag mini-marshmallows
1 can crushed pineapple (including juice)
1 small bag chopped walnuts. (Optional)

Directions:

Stir ingredients together. Add pudding last. Chill for 1/2 hour.
