Ingredients:
4 eggs
1 ¾ cups sugar
½ tsp. salt
4 ½ tsp. vanilla
1 qt. cream
5 ½ cups milk
1 (15 oz.) pkg. Oreo’s, broken into nickel size pieces
Directions:
Slowly beat eggs one at a time. Add sugar and beat on high until thick. Pour into freezer and stir in salt, vanilla, cream, and cookies. Add milk to fill line. Stir. Freeze according to manufacturer’s directions. Makes 5 quarts.
Note: Let stand awhile so full flavor of cookies has time to mix in.
