Ingredients:
2 cups sugar
4 eggs
1 cup butter
2 (1 oz.) squares unsweetened chocolate
2 tsp. vanilla
1 ½ cups flour
1 cup walnuts, chopped
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350. In medium saucepan melt butter and chocolate. Stir to a smooth consistency. Be careful not to burn. Remove from heat; stir in sugar. Beat in eggs one at a time, mixing well. Add vanilla. Stir in flour and nuts; mix well. Spread in a greased 9x13 inch pan. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes. Do not over bake.
Note: We like these brownies plain but you can sprinkle them with powdered sugar or frost with your favorite chocolate frosting.
